At Sara's Children's Boutique, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached. If the fit isn't perfect, we are happy to help you process a return or exchange for a different size.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the unwashed, unworn garments back into their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside.
Ship It Back
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our boutique team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
